The partnership will combine Daikin’s experience in facility‑level cooling and thermal management with Delta’s capability in server‑side liquid cooling and CDU technologies.

The companies aim to deliver an integrated, end‑to‑end data centre cooling ecosystem capable of supporting rack power densities ranging from 100kW to 3000kW.

Daikin’s Executive Officer and General Manager of the Global Operation Division, Junichi Omori, says by combining Daikin’s strength in data centre grey-space cooling with Delta’s white-space and chip-level expertise, the collaboration enables holistic thermal management solutions spanning from facility‑level infrastructure down to servers and chips.

The partnership also aims to support data centre infrastructure that is serving the growing demands of AI‑driven workloads.

“The focus is clear – to turn alignment into execution,” says Jimmy Yiin, Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Delta Electronics.

“This collaboration is not about what has already been achieved, but about what we will build together through speed, integration, and disciplined execution.”
