Cundall appoints new building services director
Global engineering consultancy Cundall has announced the appointment of Stewart Mann as Director of Building Services.

Based in Melbourne, Mann will support the firm’s continued expansion and help it deliver large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects across Australia.
With more than 30 years’ experience in building services engineering, Mann has delivered major projects across Australia spanning commercial, education, health, transport, heritage, residential, sports and government sectors, including Queen Victoria Market, Monash University Green Chemical Futures, Melbourne Metro and Teneriffe Banks in Queensland.
“I’m excited to join Cundall at a pivotal time for the Australian business,” Mann says. “The firm’s commitment to sustainability and technical excellence strongly aligns with my own experience, and I look forward to joining the leadership team to deliver world-class, multidisciplinary engineering outcomes for our clients.”
