Following the release of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) gender pay gap report, including the publication of statistics about employer gender pay gaps for the first time, the national conversation about gender equality has taken a significant step forward.
A month on from publication, WGEA CEO Mary Wooldridge will present an analysis of the publication of employer gender pay gaps and what’s in the works to accelerate workplace gender equality in Australia. This event will take place on Tuesday March 26, 2024. The topic of Wooldridge’s presentation will be “accelerating gender equality in Australian workplaces”.
