New controller for professional blast chiller

The design of the new iJP controllers aims to result in more intuitive and distinctive professional blast chiller units; while simplifying operation, commissioning and maintenance for end users and service technicians.

The family of controllers is based on the iJ platform for the hotel, restaurants and catering industry. The company says special attention has been focused on ease of use for operators such as chefs.

“The solution guarantees optimal blast chilling, reducing the risk of bacterial growth in freshly cooked foods, and offers the possibility to quickly and easily track and export reports directly from a smartphone,” according to CAREL.

The controller can be connected via Bluetooth with the Controlla app, to the Applica app for commissioning and RED Control for remote monitoring.
