Mitsubishi Electric Australia has won four industry awards this month for outstanding products and service in 2018.
The company’s refrigerators won the Canstar Blue 2018 Award for Customer Satisfaction. These awards commission market research companies to survey Australians on their experiences with products and services. Shoppers rate their satisfaction levels with particular brands, allowing Canstar to select winners in each category.
Mitsubishi Electric’s refrigerators beat nine other brands, earning five stars across food freshness, internal layout, quality of fittings/fixtures, reliability, style/external design and value for money.
The company received notable recognition in the 2018 ProductReview.com.au Awards. The L4 Grande / Mini refrigerator took first place in the French Door Fridges / Refrigerators category, while the energy-efficient MSZ-GL Series (pictured) took one of the two spots in the Split System Air Conditioners category.
To be eligible for the ProductReview.com.au Awards, products and services must be listed in a selection of the most popular categories on the site, have had full retail availability to the Australian public for most of the year, received a minimum Star Score of 4.1 and have had 10 or more live and approved reviews.
Finally, Mitsubishi Electric was also recognised in the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards. The company received a highly commended recognition in the Air Conditioners category.
