RPEQ renewal now due
HVAC&R engineering practitioners working in Queensland need to ensure they renew their RPEQ registration before the closing date of May 31, 2026.

Maintaining Registered Professional Engineers of Queensland (RPEQ) status is an important professional credential.
As the Chair of the Board of RPEQ, Suzanne Burow, says in a recent message to members, registration renewal is, “a recommitment to your professionalism and competence. It is also a timely self-reminder of the important work you do and the impact it has on communities throughout Queensland and around the world.”
Registration remains current for 12 months, and expires on June 30 of each year.
Registration through the RPEQ Portal needs to be done personally, as you’ll need to answer the declaration questions around maintaining competency and fitness to practice, and confirm continuing professional development completion.
Renew your registration before COB May 31, 2026 by logging into the RPEQ Portal.
AIRAH is an approved assessment entity in Queensland. Details about the AIRAH Professional Engineers Register (APER) program are available at the AIRAH website.
