Willow AlientoBeijer Ref seeking new CEO
Global HVAC wholesalers, Beijer Ref AB is is now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer, after Christopher Norbye announced he is stepping down from the role.
Norbye is looking to pursue opportunities outside the group, according to a company media statement.
His departure was announced on July 23, 2026, with his final departure occurring after August 14, 2026.
“During his time as CEO, Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership and contributed to Beijer Ref’s continued development and position as a global leader in refrigeration and HVAC solutions,” commented Chairperson of the Board, Per Bertland.
“The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude for his significant contributions and wish him every success in his new endeavours.”
The Board has already begun the process of recruiting a new CEO.
