Have your say on Australia’s licensing scheme

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is inviting permit holders, industry bodies and other stakeholders to share feedback to help enhance the implementation of the RAC permit scheme.

DCCEEW is seeking views on:

• The Department and ARC’s approaches to permit condition checks and compliance
• Training and qualification requirements and gaps
• Licence conditions, the application process, websites and more.

DCCEEW encourages all interested individuals and organisations to participate.

Responses can remain anonymous, and no question is mandatory except for the privacy declaration at the start.

The survey is accessible until February 28, 2025, and should take about 10 minutes to complete (less if not answering all questions).

Participants can skip questions or sections, or even upload a document with their views.
