Australian Industry Standards (AIS) is hosting a webinar on Thursday, December 9 about energy and electrotechnology industry skills.

New skills and technologies are having an impact on sectors such as electricity generation, transmission, distribution and rail, and electrotechnology – including HVAC&R. They are also affecting the growth of renewable systems.

The relevant industry reference committees are revising qualifications and developing new units of competency and skill sets to address priority skill needs.

This webinar addresses how contemporary industry practices and systems will incorporate into current regulatory requirements.

AIS focuses on future-skilling Australia’s workforce by working in partnership with industry, the vocational education and training sector, and government.
