Seeley International has announced a national roadshow to focus on a zero emissions future and the broader implications for the HVAC industry.
Group managing director Jon Seeley, Affil.AIRAH, says the series – Sustainable Buildings: Preparing for a Zero Emissions Future & Implications for HVAC – provides an opportunity for those working in the industry to discuss customer challenges and requirements with sustainability experts and HVAC engineers. It also offers comprehensive information on how HVAC solutions can be used to create valuable commercial propositions.
“With heating, ventilation, and air conditioning found in virtually every contemporary Australian building, HVAC&R now accounts for approximately 40 per cent of total building energy consumption, 70 per cent of base building consumption and represents more than 11 per cent of all Australian emissions,” says Seeley. “That’s why it is critical for the industry to be able to confidently work with customers to develop energy-efficient solutions which achieve a win for their bottom line and ultimately a win for the environment.”
The 90-minute sessions will visit Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney in March and April. Registration is free.
