Consult Australia leadership forum

Consult Australia is inviting HVAC&R professionals to its leadership forum – Breaking Barriers and Building Inclusion – to be held in Barangaroo in Sydney on Thursday, May 9.

The event, which is supported by the NSW government’s Women in Construction Program, caters to businesses of all sizes in the design, engineering, construction, and infrastructure sectors that want to create better, safer, and more inclusive workplaces. The event’s key focuses are diversity retention, closing the gender pay gap, and protecting against sexual harassment.

“We all know that people are our biggest asset,” says Consult Australia CEO Jonathan Cartledge. “Creating a culture of inclusivity has been proven to result in better employee engagement, retention, innovation, productivity, and financial performance. If you are leading a team in design, engineering, infrastructure and construction, then this Leadership Forum is for you.”
