Temperzone launches chilled water fan coil unit ranges

Temperzone has released the Evolve IMD-Y standard compact profile range and the Evolve IMDL-Y low-profile range of chilled water fan coil units in Australia.

According to Temperzone, the Evolve IMD-Y range features high static fans and consists of nine individual models with the following nominal airflows:

  • IMD 97Y 450L/s
  • IMD 137Y 600L/s
  • IMD 172Y 750L/s
  • IMD 212Y 900L/s
  • IMD 282Y 1200L/s
  • IMD 352Y 1500L/s
  • IMD 422Y 1800L/s
  • IMD 522Y 2350L/s
  • IMD 702Y 2850L/s

Temperzone says the Evolve IMDL-Y range features high static fans. These low-profile units have heights of 255mm and 265mm for installations with space restrictions. The range consists of four individual models with the following nominal airflows:

  • IMDL 42Y 200L/s
  • IMDL 62Y 330L/s
  • IMDL 92Y 440L/s
  • IMDL 132Y 650L/s

All Evolve fan coil units are available in left- and right-hand variations and can be configured with both heating and cooling coils, cooling coils only, or cooling coil with electric heat.

According to Temperzone, both series have the following features:

  • High static fans with EC direct drive fan motors
  • PTC elements and SSR element control relays in all electric heat units
  • ALC interface controller in each fan coil
  • Hydrophilic coated coil fins
  • Rigid moulded PVC drain trays in Evolve IMDL-Y units
  • Galvanised steel drain tray in Evolve IMD-Y units
  • Full compliance with AS/NZS standards.

The following optional accessories are available for the two series:

  • Evolve IMDL-Y low profile unit filter options, flat panel (EU2/G2)
  • Soon to be released, filter box options for Evolve IMD-Y standard profile units with EU2/G2 flat panel filter or EU4/G4 with pleated 50mm filter
  • Flexible hoses
  • Spring mounting kits
  • Evolve IMDL-Y low profile unit supply air multi-spigot plenums.
