Verder acquires Sauermann

Verder, a global pumping and scientific solutions business, has announced its acquisition of HVAC&R supplier Sauermann. The strategic acquisition is part of Verder’s effort to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the global pump and equipment industry. 

Sauermann’s HVAC&R technology offering centres around condensate removal pumps and air quality measurement and control instruments, while Verder has a broader portfolio of solutions.

According to the two companies, the acquisition will enable Sauermann to leverage Verder’s global presence to expand its market reach and continue developing industry-leading products.
