Beijer Ref has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Turner Engineering, an Australian HVAC distributor with an annual turnover of approximately AUD$28 million.

Turner Engineering was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Perth.

“The company, which is among the region’s longest-standing independent HVAC distributors, boasts a highly proficient team comprising HVAC specialists, technicians and engineers,” says Beijer Ref.

“This acquisition aligns with Beijer Ref’s overall acquisition strategy and strengthens the company’s offer in the region.”

The purchase of Turner Engineering is the latest in a string of Australian acquisitions that includes wholesaler AAD and HVAC&R solution and service provider HVAC Consolidated, GMR Supplies and Mackay Air Supplies, and distribution company Airstream.
