Condair appoints Phelps as managing director

Condair Australia has promoted Blake Phelps to the position of managing director after a 10-year tenure comprising a number of roles.

Phelps joined Condair in 2014 as a member of the technical and sales support team. Since January 2022, he has worked as the company’s operations manager.

“I am delighted to be taking on the role of managing director,” Phelps says. “Over recent years, the company has grown significantly in terms of both turnover and product portfolio. I am looking forward to maintaining this positive momentum, with a particular focus on enhancing our nationwide service offering and dehumidification business as well as developing new opportunities.

“I’m excited to now be leading the delivery of this mission through our work with HVAC consultants, contractors and FMs within the construction chain, and also directly with our end-user clients in manufacturing industries across the country,” he adds.

Condair Group is a provider of humidity control and evaporative cooling specialising in commercial, industrial, and heritage applications. The company has sales and service organisations in 23 countries, as well as production sites in Europe, North America, and China, and international sales partners in more than 50 other locations.
