Gender parity by 2025 at BVN

BVN has committing to gender parity across all levels and areas of the studio by 2025.

BVN is made up of 53 per cent men and 47 per cent women, but there is work to be done in some areas of the studio to address gender parity.

James Grose, CEO at BVN, said that BVN is committed to addressing the imbalances.

“Our commitment to gender parity and diversity at BVN will be achieved through proactive and strategic actions,” he said.
