The RMIT Refrigeration Department in Melbourne is hosting tours of its facility and opening its new CO2 lab to celebrate World Refrigeration Day on Monday, June 26.

Trade teachers at the department will take groups on guided tours of the new state-of-the-art training facility starting at 3.30pm, followed by an address by Shannon Egan from Green Point on the capabilities of the new facility and the benefits to the industry.

This will be followed by an address by RMIT Program Manager David King on the department’s new directions, and opportunities for questions and networking. Attendees will also be able bring themselves up to date with industry displays.

The WRD celebrations will be held at the RMIT Building, 57–53 Lygon Street, Carlton, Melbourne from  3.30–6.30pm (AEST) on Monday, June 26.
