Workshop: Decarbonising the construction industry

Decarbonising the Building Industry (DBI) is hosting a free workshop from 10am–2pm on Friday, September 13 at Griffith University about the role of forests in decarbonising the construction industry.

Organised in partnership with Responsible Woods, the event will feature presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities focused on innovative solutions to make timber the key construction material in green buildings. Responsible Woods, the Queensland government, EPD Australasia and MECLA will be presenting.

The day also includes an optional tour of the Salisbury research facility in the morning before the workshop.
