The Institute for Sustainable Leadership is hosting a free webinar about sustainable leadership on Tuesday, May 24.

Dr Gayle Avery will cover the benefits of sustainable leadership, providing evidence and cases. She will explain why sustainable practices like trusting staff, being ethical and developing everyone on the team are behind business success.

According to the Institute, global practice and research demonstrate sustainable leadership drives economic, social and environmental benefits for organisations and the community.

“Being more ethical adds 17 per cent to both profits and return on assets,” says the organisation. “Training all employees can add 17 per cent to your share price.”
