AIRAH is hosting a factory tour at Ductmakers in Melbourne on Thursday, March 27. The site visit will present HVAC specialists with a unique opportunity to experience Victorian manufacturing in action.
Ductmakers has been manufacturing sheetmetal ductwork for the air conditioning industry for more than 20 years, and aims to work with clients to supply high-quality ductwork and associated products that work with the technology and processes they have available to them.
AIRAH Events Officer Lukas Skaife says the tour will provide attendees with firsthand exposure to the latest fabrication techniques, material innovations, and energy-efficient manufacturing processes.
“Attendees will gain valuable insights into how locally manufactured ductwork supports superior HVAC system performance,” he says.
The tour will also highlight how supporting local manufacturing plays a role in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and custom-engineered solutions tailored for Australian projects.
