Nominations are now open for the ARBS 2024 Industry Awards, a celebration of distinguished contributions in Australia’s HVAC&R and building services sector. The awards are an integral component of ARBS 2024, Australia’s largest exhibition for air conditioning, refrigeration, and building services, and span a variety of categories, including:

  • ARBS Young Achiever
  • ARBS Product Excellence
  • ARBS Software/Digital Excellence
  • ARBS Project Excellence
  • ARBS Outstanding Industry Education/Training
  • ARBS Industry Hall of Fame.

Since their inception over a decade ago, the ARBS Industry Awards have drawn participants from all walks of the industry, earning endorsement and backing from leading industry associations. These include AIRAH, the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors Association (AMCA), the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturers Association (AREMA), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE ANZ), the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (RACCA), and the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Wholesalers Association (ARWA).

“The ARBS Industry Awards bestow one of our sector’s highest honours on both individuals and organisations, established leaders and emerging talents, who exemplify excellence within our industry,” says ARBS Events Organiser Sue Falcke.

The coveted ARBS Hall of Fame category, celebrating industry leaders by acknowledging their extended service, will once again accept nominations exclusively from ARBS member associations. This tradition honours an individual’s relentless dedication to enhancing their association activities and collective industry achievements.

An expert panel with extensive industry knowledge in the ARBS sector will evaluate submissions based on parameters such as leadership, sustainability, performance, and innovation. Award winners will be revealed and honoured at a gala dinner to be held during the ARBS 2024 exhibition, taking place from May 28–30, 2024, at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.
