IEA to host free solar hot water webinars
The International Energy Agency’s Solar Heating and Cooling Program is hosting two free solar heating webinars on October 29 and 30.

This webinar series will review some of the key results from Task 69 on thermosyphon systems, including failure modes, success stories, and advances, presented by STB lead Bojia Li.
The session will also cover photovoltaic (PV) water heaters, including configuration options, opportunities, barriers, and policy needs, presented by STC lead Tony Day.
Professor Robert Taylor from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) will also present during the webinar, providing the introduction and an overview of Task 69. With much of the work in this project being specifically relevant to Australia, local HVAC&R professionals are encouraged to tune into the webinar to gain valuable insights.
You can read more about the content of the webinar on the IEA’s website.
