Family Business Essentials Workshops

Family Business Australia (FBA) is holding workshops across Australia about building a family business. The half-day workshops, called “Family Business Essentials”, will focus on where you want your business to be and how you can harness your distinct competitive advantage to reach your goals.

Businesses that participate will complete a diagnostic of the business using the specialised Family Business Diagnostic Tool. The feedback from this process can aid in analysis and development of a plan of action.

Key learning points will include:

• Understanding the key elements of a successful family business
• Identifying how those key elements apply to a particular family business
• Identifying areas of a family business the require focus and prioritising for these
• Developing an action plan that can be refined and implemented.
