Grosvenor Engineering Group is hosting a free webinar on November 5 to discuss how the events of this year will influence the built environment for 2021.

Titled “Constructing a built environment roadmap for 2021”, the online session is designed to help property owners and facility/asset managers meet objectives in the face of these changes and constraints. The webinar will discuss how the COVID landscape has impacted our economies, the investment environment internationally and also domestically.

The topics include:

  • How built environments have been affected by this year’s big events
  • Where the best opportunities for asset investment lie
  • The benefits of innovation over “business as usual”
  • Sustainable budget management and actionable next steps.

Attendees will hear from industry experts on the effects of the recent federal budget announcements on property owners and managers. They will gain insight into building the changes into their long-term plans to meet sustainability, risk management and innovation objectives.

As well as explaining what industry can expect from 2021, the speakers will be sharing perspectives on utilising available resources, tax write-offs and technology to construct the optimum path back to work.
