2025 AIRAH National Awards: Bryon Price, L.AIRAH, awarded the James Harrison Medal
Bryon Price, L.AIRAH, has been awarded the James Harrison Medal at the 2025 AIRAH National Awards in recognition of his outstanding lifetime contribution to the HVAC&R profession and to the Institute.

Across more than 25 years of AIRAH membership, Bryon has been deeply involved in the Institute’s activities, contributing to countless events as both a technical committee member and a speaker. He is a long-standing member and former associate director of AIRAH’s Victorian division committee and has also served as chair of the Facility Management Association of Australia, in addition to holding a position on the board of ARBS.
Perhaps most notably, Bryon served on the AIRAH national board for 14 years, helping to guide the Institute through periods of significant change and challenge, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Widely regarded as an innovative engineer, a champion of sustainability and a respected industry leader, Bryon’s contribution has had a lasting impact on both AIRAH and the broader HVAC&R community.
