Milieu Labs unveils zoning and monitoring systems

Milieu Labs has announced the release of its new ZoneMate and Service Dashboard solutions, which connect with the existing Milieu Climate system to provide HVAC zoning and remote monitoring.

Milieu Climate’s smart thermostat is already compatible with many HVAC systems in Australia. However, the addition of ZoneMate and the Milieu Pro Service Dashboard allows users to manage everything from the Milieu platform.

ZoneMate works as an extension of Milieu Climate to automatically control up to 16 zones, enabled by AI and machine learning technology to make the system smarter with time. A wireless temperature sensor in each zone relays information back to ZoneMate, allowing it to shift airflow in individual zones to provide customers with the ideal environment in every room.

The Milieu Pro Service Dashboard gives users 24/7 monitoring and remote diagnosis capabilities across all Milieu Climate sites, with real-time alerts allowing businesses to screen issues and offer proactive HVAC customer support. The single dashboard for all sites also allows for stronger connections between HVAC businesses and clients, potentially driving customer loyalty.
