Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia has won the Choice Best Brand of Air Conditioners award for 2023. It is the sixth consecutive year that MHIAA has won the award, and follows its recent five-year consecutive streak with the Canstar Blue 2023 Most Satisfied Customer Award and its achievement as the Best Rated Air Conditioner brand for three years in a row in the 2023 Finder Retail Awards.
“This award is especially significant because we are the only air conditioner brand to have achieved this accolade over a consecutive period – making us the most independently awarded brand of air conditioners in the country,” says MHIAA Managing Director Yuji Ito.
To be considered for the Best Brand award, an air conditioner brand must have had at least a minimum of five different models tested by Choice and above average test, reliability, and satisfaction scores. In the 2023 awards Choice reviewed more than 200 different models of air conditioners.
The 38 MHIAA models tested achieved a 74 per cent overall brand score. MHIAA was also rated highly in both reliability and customer satisfaction, achieving 90 per cent and 91 per cent ratings respectively.
