Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) has once again been recognised as the 2020 Best Brand of Air Conditioners by leading consumer advocacy group Choice. It’s the third year in a row that MHIAA has taken out the title.

The annual recommendation is awarded to products or services that out-perform their competitors in rigorous lab tests as well as in customer satisfaction and reliability over the last 12 months. This year it was based on test reviews of more than 200 reverse-cycle air conditioners and the results of the annual reliability and satisfaction survey completed by 3,489 Choice members.

“Receiving this honour for the third year in a row highlights our commitment to bringing the best products to the Australian market,” says Managing Director of MHIAA, Yuji Ito.

“Once again in 2020 the Choice results revealed that our brand MHI has outperformed other well-recognised brands with an overall high customer satisfaction score of 94 per cent and a high brand reliability score of 90 per cent to be awarded the Best Brand of Air Conditioners for 2020.”

Ito also says that winning the award for the third consecutive year highlights the brand’s commitment to innovation, global research and development.

“As a recognised global company Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is dedicated to developing and designing products that are engineered in line with local and international standards. We firmly believe that our consumer is at the forefront of every decision we make and ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed their expectations each year. We focus heavily on helping our consumers find that perfect heating or cooling solution and have no doubt that this will continue throughout our peak summer period.”
