Kilargo has released a new range of intumescent fire dampers for the AS 1530.4:2014 Section 11 and Section 10 updated test standard. According to the company, the IFD44-LL range features an industry-leading high-performance design that minimises pressure loss.
“Kilargo is ready to support you too with an increased catalogue of compliant systems now ready for use,” says the company.
“The new IFD44-LL achieves integrity and insulation up to 120 minutes in non-ducted air transfer systems with either grilles, louvres or flat vermin proof mesh on each side of the wall or slab in sizes up to 1.2m x 1.2m.”
Wall and slab installations include masonry/concrete, Dincel, Hebel, fire-rated plasterboard and fire boards, with a wider range of retrofit systems.
