Johnson Controls is on the hunt for electricians and technicians seeking building management system experience to join a global training program.

The Building Automation Systems (BAS) teams are experiencing a period of growth, and the company is looking to add Trainee Technicians in BMS across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

They are seeking people with an electrical licence, and two or more years of experience with HVAC&R equipment.

They would also like applicants with:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • An innovative mindset
  • The ability to communicate with people inside and outside the organisation
  • Proficiency with computer software programs
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to obtain and process information
  • Continual willingness to learn and develop skill sets.

Potential candidates will have exposure to on-the-job training and a variety of BAS projects.
