ARC recruiting technical and training GM
The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) is hiring for the position of General Manager, Technical & Training, based in Box Hill, Melbourne.

The ARC says the senior leadership role is central to driving technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce development across Australia’s climate control sector.
The successful candidate will oversee the ARC’s national audit program, lead strategic training initiatives, and foster key partnerships to support the organisation’s vision for a safe, sustainable, and highly skilled refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
The position calls for a strategic leader with strong regulatory knowledge, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for upskilling industry participants. Experience within the HVAC&R sector, team management, and proficiency in data analytics and reporting will be highly regarded.
