After the forced cancellation of the 2021 event, the 2022 AHR Expo returned this year at Las Vegas. One of the largest HVAC&R shows in the world, it featured more than 1,600 exhibitors, covering 42,447 m2 of exhibitor space.
One of the highlights of the show is the announcement of the AHR Expo Innovation Awards winners and the Product of the Year. The awards cover 10 industry categories: building automation, cooling, heating, indoor air quality, plumbing, refrigeration, software, sustainable solutions, tools and instruments and ventilation.

It was announced on Monday, January 31 that Danfoss’ Turbocor VTCA400 compressor was named the 2022 AHR Expo Product of the Year.
The AHR Expo has been running since 1930, and provides a forum for manufacturers of all sizes and specialties come together to share ideas and showcase the future of HVAC&R technology. It is co-sponsored by ASHRAE and AHRI, and is held alongside ASHRAE’s Winter Conference.
