Reliable Controls appoints new business development executive

Reliable Controls has appointed Vince Dunn, M.AIRAH, as Business Development Executive for Australasia. Reliable says that, with nearly four decades of experience in the building automation and electrical industries, Dunn will bring knowledge and hands-on expertise to the team.

Dunn began his career as an apprentice electrician in 1986, gaining experience in mechanical electrical systems and building management solutions. He later taught controls modules for electrical apprentices at the college level.

For the past 12 years Dunn, has been business development manager at IES Automation, a Reliable Controls authorised dealer in Canberra, Australia. In his new role, Dunn focuses on strengthening relationships with existing authorised dealers, expanding the Reliable Controls network in Australasia, and driving the adoption of sustainable building automation solutions.

“I’m excited to join Reliable Controls in this new capacity and continue working with dealers across the region,” Dunn says. “I look forward to helping our partners deliver building automation that creates real value for customers.”
