Testo has released a new crop of fully digital manifolds with protection class IP 54 and functions suitable for various measuring tasks. The new digital manifolds also come in multi-purpose kits.
The Testo 550s and Testo 557s are smart digital manifolds with Bluetooth and 2-way or 4-way valve block. They feature a large graphic display, showing at a glance the measurement data and evaluation of the results, which can then be wirelessly transferred to the Testo Smart App.
Guided measurement menus accompany the measurement and allow the automatic recording of parameters. Bluetooth probes can be wirelessly and automatically connected to the instrument with a range of up to 150m.
The Testo 550i is a compact, app-controlled digital manifold that can be controlled by a smartphone or tablet. It communicates wirelessly and automatically via Bluetooth 5.0 with the wireless Testo Smart Probes for temperature, pressure and humidity, and calculates parameters automatically in the Testo Smart App
The Testo 552i is an app-controlled wireless vacuum probe. According to Testo, the vacuum is measured wirelessly (without hoses) via just one service port, without any loss of refrigerant. The measurement values can be shown in the display of the digital manifold or in the Testo Smart App. The probe also communicates via Bluetooth with the Testo Smart App.
The Testo Smart App complements the new digital manifolds and other Bluetooth-capable measuring instruments. It carries out measurement and documentation by app and provides a step-by-step user guide through the configuration and implementation of the measurement.
Reports can be created directly onsite, and sent as PDF or CSV files by email. The app is available as a free download.
