Dates announced for 2026 AIRAH Golf Days

The 2026 season has been expanded after a hugely successful 2025, with new events in Albury, Cairns, South Australia (Adelaide) and Brisbane.

AIRAH has taken over the Albury Golf Day, which was previously run for 13 years by Daryl Ryan as the Regional Mechanical Services Annual Golf Day. The SA Golf Day will be co-organised by AIRAH and the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA).

AIRAH Partnerships Coordinator Lukáš Skaife says expanding the Golf Days to more locations across Australia is a reflection of their growing popularity.

“Golf Days are among our most beloved state events, with some competitions – including those in Tasmania and WA – having more than 50 years of history,” Skaife says. “We’re thrilled to add four new Golf Days to our roster this year, giving more AIRAH members and HVAC&R professionals the opportunity to get involved.

“Whether you’re a regular golfer or you haven’t played for years, we’d love to see you dust the cobwebs off your clubs and join us for a hit in 2026!”

• TAS: Friday, March 6 – Claremont Golf Course
• WA: Wednesday, April 22 – Wembley Golf Course
• Albury: Friday, April 24 – Albury Commercial Golf Club (in previous years, this event was called the Regional Mechanical Services Annual Golf Day)
• Cairns: Friday, June 26 – Half Moon Bay Golf Club
• VIC: Thursday, August 6 – Heidelberg Golf Course
• Sydney: Friday, August 21 – TBC
• NT: Wednesday, September 9 – TBC
• Brisbane: Friday, September 18 – Ashgrove Golf Club
• ACT: Friday, October 16 – Gungahlin Lakes Golf Course
• SA: TBC (this event will be held in collaboration with FMA).
