AIRAH’s Western Australian division has held its first face-to-face event of the year, taking attendees on a site visit to Reside on Money, a boutique development of 22 sustainably built apartments.
The site visit was sponsored by Stiebel Eltron and led by:
- Tom Stephenson, Affil.AIRAH, Renewables Technology Manager at Stiebel Eltron
- Phil Pacak, Efficiency Manager at Euroheat
- Ralton Benn, Principal Utilities at Geniux.
Reside on Money is the site of Stiebel Eltron’s first multi-residential geothermal heat pump installation in WA. The tour was followed by a networking event with refreshments and a presentation detailing how the project was completed.
Chris Bong, M.AIRAH, chair of AIRAH’s WA division committee, says the complex is “a great example of decarbonisation by integrating solar panels, batteries, and a geothermal heat pump.”
