2025 AIRAH National Awards: Women’s Working Group – Airmaster wins Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion
Airmaster’s Women’s Working Group has been recognised with the Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion award at the 2025 AIRAH National Awards.

Launched in 2024, the Women’s Working Group is a national, employee-led initiative aimed at driving inclusion within a traditionally male-dominated industry. The group has delivered significant workplace outcomes, including company-funded paid parental leave, a national mentoring program, leadership development opportunities for women, and a school holiday care initiative to support working parents.
Further initiatives are underway, with pregnancy support guidelines, wellbeing programs and staff development training currently in development, reflecting the group’s ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment across the HVAC&R sector.
Finalists: Alfredo Tilan, M.AIRAH; Luke Purser
