2025 AIRAH National Awards: Rising Stars of the HVAC&R Industry
AIRAH’s Rising Stars brings together three award streams that recognise emerging leaders and high-performing students who are contributing to the future of Australia’s HVAC&R industry. While awarded separately, these categories collectively highlight the next generation of industry talent.

Young Leader – Molly Mayall
The Young Leader award recognises early-career professionals who have demonstrated leadership, initiative and a commitment to advancing the HVAC&R profession. This category celebrates individuals making a meaningful impact within their organisations and the broader industry.

Student of the Year – Higher Education or Research – Beau Kupris

Student of the Year – Trade – Adam Attewell
The Student of the Year – Trade award acknowledges outstanding trade students who have shown technical excellence, strong work ethic and dedication to learning. Recipients exemplify the skills and professionalism required to support the industry’s future workforce.
