Rinnai Australia has expanded its business prospects in the HVAC&R sector by acquiring iZone.
Rinnai has offered home comfort solutions around Australia for more than 50 years, and says the addition of a manufacturer of smart home and ducted air conditioning control systems will expand the company’s brand portfolio.
Rinnai’s portfolio also includes other Australian HVAC brands Brivis and APAC.
“The acquisition of iZone will enable us to offer a comprehensive suite of products that not only enhance the comfort of Australian homes, but also contribute to our mission of providing sustainable solutions for a better tomorrow,” says Lucas van Raay, Managing Director of Rinnai Australia.
iZone’s smart home technology products offer a wide range of solutions that enable homeowners to control and automate various aspects of their homes, including air conditioning, lighting, security, irrigation, garage doors and power monitoring.
Rinnai Australia says it aims to create integrated and efficient HVAC systems that provide homeowners with greater comfort, convenience, and energy savings.
General Manager – Sales and Marketing of Rinnai Australia, Dan Tosh, Affil.AIRAH, says Rinnai can now work towards delivering a seamless HVAC solution and after-sales support of equipment and controls.
Rinnai Australia and iZone say they are looking forward to the future possibilities this acquisition offers, such as integrating iZone’s smart home solutions with Rinnai’s products.
