Bitzer hunts for oldest compressor

Bitzer is on the lookout for its oldest reciprocating or screw compressor that is still in operation.

The refrigeration and air conditioning specialist has launched a competition and social media campaign to track down the old workhorse equipment.

Participants joining the Bitzer hunt stand to win a prize package containing the following:

• A webinar from the Schaufler Academy on the topic of your choice, during which a Bitzer expert will be available to answer your questions in detail

• A wireless Jabra Evolve2 65 headset to enhance the webinar experience

• A Bitzer office package.

To join the contest, send the following to [email protected]:

• A picture each of the compressor, nameplate on the compressor, and compressor installed in the system

• Information about the model and location of the system

• Name of the operator of the system

• Your contact details.
